Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oiselle gear as much as we do, but if it's not the right fit, we offer easy returns on all unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. We will track your return as it makes its way back to our nest.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
